S through D ranks for plot income, steal risk, and whether a skin is worth a chase.
A Dont Wake the Kitty tier list is not a PvP fighter ranking. It is a wallet ranking. Every kitty you park on a pad prints cash. Rarity, upgrade level, and whether someone can yoink it off your plot decide if that pad is S-tier or a cute brick.
This hub is the overview. Split lists live in rarity tiers and best income. Pair them with the kitty index when you need names, not just letters.
How we rank
- Income per minute after a reasonable upgrade, not at level 1
- Spawn access — a mythic you never see is not S-tier for a new plot
- Carry risk — giants wake harder near high-value pads and event skins
- Steal heat — if every server hunts it, you must lock or lose it
We do not rank “who looks most like official merch.” The game is fan-made. Rainbow Hello Kitty can out-earn a plain Common even if both wear a bow.
Snapshot ranks
S — Mythic, Secret, top Exclusives. Evil Kitty, event Secrets, and the fattest Exclusive pads (Play Time, Huggy Kitty when they are still exclusive). One of these on an upgraded sign can fund the rest of the plot. They also paint a target on your base. Lock them. See how to protect.
A — Legendary, Rainbow, strong event skins. Legendary Angel Kitty, Rainbow Hello Kitty, Santa-style earners from holiday boards. They spawn on timers you can actually see. Camp the map boards instead of wandering.
B — Epic and named Rares. Ghost Kitty, Gamer Kitty, Fairy, Zombie, Nerd, pencil Kitty. Fun index fills. Income is fine if upgraded; do not sell them to make space unless an A-tier is in your arms.
C — Uncommon and pretty Commons. Badtz-Maru, early My Melody, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll when they roll common. They teach the steal prompt and fill empty pads. Replace them once you have a full row of B or better.
D — Duplicate Commons on a full plot. A fifth identical Common is cash you could have spent on upgrading an Epic. Vendor or ignore.
Giants themselves are not placeable. Hello Kitty, Melody, Kuromi, and Cinnamon as guards are threats, not pads. Do not confuse a chasing giant with a stealable skin. The escape guide treats them as bosses.
Starter versus late plot
First hour: C and B are correct. You need pads printing something while you learn the getting started route. Chasing S-tier into a giant’s lap with no grappler is how clips go viral for the wrong reason.
Late plot: empty C pads. Keep a diverse index for collection, but income ranking should match best income. Upgrade signs scale the leader; spreading cash across ten Commons is how you stay poor in a cute room.
PvP heat
Five-player servers mean the S-tier on your front pad will be tested. If you cannot afford a lock, hide the best kitty on a back or upstairs pad (players mention a second floor). The protect guide covers pad placement. Rank is worthless if the kitty lives on someone else’s plot.
Updates will move letters
Admin Abuse and seasonal skins shuffle income. A Valentine or holiday Exclusive can jump to S for two weeks, then sit in B as a trophy. Re-read this hub after the changelog. We would rather move a name than pretend the meta is frozen.
Use the stealth checklist before you tunnel-vision an S spawn. The rank assumes you survive the carry.
